Shipping policy



We have a one day processing time subject to all DIFFUSED PRODUCTS orders.

All orders orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out the next working day. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped out the working day after.


All UK & international orders are sent out with tracking. Tracking numbers are sent to the customers chosen form of contact.

DP DIFFUSERS on the other hand, are eligible for international shipping (Europe & North America/Canada). Some countries may be subject to importing fees.

Collections

  • We also offer collection, please message us on our Instagram @diffusedproducts to see if this is suitable for you and can be arranged.  We are currently working on delivering this option to you on our website and hope to bring this to you soon.

 

 Please Note: Delivery timescales are based on working days only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Monday (except for bank holidays).

Delays can happen with parcels as we use a 3rd party service as our courier. If the parcels have not arrived in the estimated time please allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive from the time of dispatch.

 

DISCLAIMER

We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods caused by the courier service whilst goods are in transit as our products do not include transit insurance. If goods are lost in transit, any refunds or replacements offered will be on a goodwill gesture basis less our shipping costs. By purchasing, you accept DIFFUSED PRODUCTS will not be held liable for goods lost in transit and do not need to offer refunds covering losses.

We accept all major debit or credit cards on our website and offer fast and secure payments through our safe check out methods.

Discount codes are only valid on products that have not already been discounted unless stated otherwise.
